Assembleia Legislativa do Paraná deu o primeiro passo nesta quarta-feira (15) para tirar da Constituição do Paraná o trecho que permite que ex-governadores recebam uma “aposentadoria” depois de saírem do Palácio Iguaçu.


A chamada “PEC da aposentadoria” ainda precisa passar por um segundo turno de votação para ser promulgada – entre uma deliberação e outra é necessário um intervalo de cinco sessões. A PEC é de autoria do Executivo – foi enviada ao Legislativo pelo governador Carlos Massa Ratinho Júnior (PSD) no início do ano – e prevê a revogação do parágrafo quinto do artigo 85 da Constituição do Paraná.
