Através de Indicação Legislativa o Deputado Gilberto Ribeiro propõe a viabilização e construção do Porto Seco, ou seja, um terminal intermodal terrestre diretamente ligado por vias férreas, terrestres, ou aéreas em Piraquara e São José dos Pinhais.
Trata-se de um importante terminal intermodal que possibilita o aumento de fluxo de mercadorias transportadas pelo Estado do Paraná, bem como efetivaria um incremento de infraestrutura na região de Piraquara e São José dos Pinhais permitindo a instalação de novos empreendimentos industriais e aumentando a capacidade de recebimento e armazenamento de cargas industriais na região.
