O deputado Gilberto Ribeiro, do PSB, apresentou projeto de lei na Assembleia Legislativa determinando que as empresas de TV por assinatura, criem escritórios regionais para atendimento pessoal nas diferentes microrregiões do estado.
De acordo com o texto, as operadoras deverão ter pelo menos uma unidade de atendimento para cada grupo de 100 mil habitantes.
Segundo o deputado, os serviços de call center oferecidos atualmente não primam pela eficácia, o tempo de espera não satisfaz aos clientes e o atendimento geralmente não têm seus pedidos bem atendidos.
O projeto foi lido em Plenário na última segunda-feira e segue para análise das comissões técnicas do Legislativo.
