O Projeto de Lei nº 341/2016 de autoria do deputado estadual Gilberto Ribeiro (PRB), dispõe sobre a obrigatoriedade do registro do grupo sanguíneo e do fator RH nos uniformes de todos os alunos da rede pública e privada no estado do Paraná.
O autor justifica que “não saber o grupo sanguíneo e o fator RH de uma pessoa pode retardar seu atendimento a ponto de colocá-la sob risco de morte.”
