O Deputado Estadual Gilberto Ribeiro baseado na PEC 113/2015 que possibilita que os detentores de mandatos eletivos possam deixar os partidos pelos quais foram eleitos nos 30 dias seguintes à promulgação da Emenda Constitucional, sem perder o mandato.
